A full website rebuild and booking-engine integration for a boutique hotel on the Amalfi Coast — replacing a slow, OTA-dependent site with a fast, mobile-first experience built to convert.
Villa Sant'Anna is a nine-room boutique hotel perched above the Amalfi Coast, known for its terraced sea-view gardens and long-standing repeat guests. Despite the property's reputation, the previous website was slow on mobile, difficult to update, and sent nearly every visitor straight to third-party booking platforms — leaving the hotel paying heavy OTA commissions on stays it could easily have booked directly.
We rebuilt the site from the ground up: a mobile-first design that loads in under a second, an immersive room and garden gallery, and a direct booking engine wired into the hotel's PMS. Copy, photography and structure were all rebuilt around one goal — getting visitors from "browsing" to "booked" in as few steps as possible.
"Our new site paid for itself in the first two months — direct bookings overtook OTA bookings for the first time ever."
Tuscan farm stay — full identity, photography and social relaunch.
Coastal restaurant — WhatsApp booking assistant cut no-shows by a third.
From discovery call to launch, the project took 8 weeks, including copywriting, photography direction, booking engine integration and testing.
We connected the new site directly to Villa Sant'Anna's existing PMS and channel manager, so availability and rates stay in sync automatically across every channel.
Yes. The site launched in Italian, English, German and French, so international guests can research and book in their own language from day one.
The team is on a maintenance and optimisation retainer, so seasonal offers, new rooms and rate changes go live without waiting on a developer.
